Tony Bourne

Counselor for Undergraduate International Students

Tony came to Heidelberg from Rhodes State College where he was Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs overseeing admissions, advising and financial aid. Prior to Rhodes he was at Wright State University moving through admissions and academic positions culminating in the role as Director of Enrollment Management for the College of Engineering. Tony has focused his work in enrollment management on student success, retention and graduation as well as improving the operations and finances of institutions. 

Tony earned his PhD in Engineering focusing in human systems from Wright State University. His research interests were in student success and curricular intervention and innovation. He has an MPA from Walden University and earned his BA in Economics from Wright State University. He also earned a certificate of leadership in enrollment management from the University of Southern California
